All quotations provided by Moving Champs Canada are prepared in good faith based on the information supplied by the customer at the time of quoting. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, all quotations are estimates only and do not constitute fixed-price contracts.
Final charges shall be determined based on the actual services performed, including but not limited to labour, time, inventory, access conditions, equipment, travel, waiting time, specialty handling, disposal, storage, and any additional services required to complete the move.
Any changes to the scope of work after acceptance of the quotation may result in additional charges.

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring safe, legal, and reasonable access to all pickup and delivery locations.
The customer shall obtain all necessary building reservations, elevator bookings, loading dock access, parking permits, and any approvals required by property managers, condominium corporations, municipalities, or other authorities.
Any delays or additional costs arising from restricted access, weather, traffic, road closures, security procedures, or other circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control may be charged to the customer.
The customer warrants that all information provided is complete and accurate and that all goods presented for transport are lawful.
Unless packing services have been purchased from Moving Champs Canada, the customer is solely responsible for properly packing all fragile or breakable items.
Customers must remove or personally transport all cash, jewellery, firearms, ammunition, prescription medication, passports, important documents, electronic data, collectibles, heirlooms, and other irreplaceable or high-value items. Moving Champs Canada accepts no liability for loss or damage to such items.
Moving Champs Canada shall exercise reasonable care in providing its services but shall not be liable for:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's liability shall be limited to the valuation coverage purchased by the customer or the minimum liability required by law.
Under no circumstances shall Moving Champs Canada be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, loss of use, or emotional distress.
Estimated arrival and completion times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Moving Champs Canada reserves the right to modify schedules due to operational requirements, weather, traffic, equipment failure, staffing shortages, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
A deposit may be required to confirm a booking.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment shall be due immediately upon completion of services, and Moving Champs Canada reserves the right to request progress payments during extended moves.
The Company may suspend or refuse to continue services until payment has been received.
Outstanding balances shall accrue interest at the rate of 2% per month (24% per annum) together with all reasonable collection costs, legal fees, court costs, administrative charges, and recovery expenses.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moving Champs Canada shall retain a possessory lien over transported goods until all outstanding amounts have been paid in full.
Deposits are non-refundable within the cancellation period specified at the time of booking.
Moving Champs Canada reserves the right to charge reasonable administrative fees, scheduling losses, crew reservation charges, and other costs arising from cancellations or rescheduling.
Moving Champs Canada may, at its sole discretion, subcontract or assign all or any portion of the requested services to qualified carriers, owner-operators, movers, or partner companies without prior notice to the customer.
The use of subcontractors shall not affect the applicability of these Terms and Conditions.
Customers are encouraged to inspect all goods before the moving crew departs.
Visible damage or shortages should be reported immediately.
Written claims must be submitted within five (5) working days following completion of the move. Failure to provide notice within this period may result in the claim being denied, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Moving Champs Canada reserves the right to inspect, repair, replace, or otherwise resolve any valid claim before compensation is considered.
Moving Champs Canada reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services where:
Moving Champs Canada shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, traffic, road closures, border delays, government actions, labour disputes, equipment failure, fuel shortages, public emergencies, or acts of third parties.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
By requesting a quotation, accepting an estimate, paying a deposit, scheduling services, or permitting Moving Champs Canada to commence work, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Moving Champs Canada reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in effect on the date of booking shall govern the services provided.
